This torch is supposed to store energy from squeezing which should last for some time. However one squeeze doesn't even produce enough energy to last until the wing finishes releasing so that you can squeeze again! You need to keep squeezing continually and at great speed for it to work - I can't do it so I fail to see how my four-year-old would manage. Didn't even show it to him - it's going straight back.

I bought 3, kept 1 and gave 2 away as a present. It arrived all the 3 lights were in a bag together without any wrapping. The beak wasn't painted yellow as I saw in amazon photo(it was white). And one of the function button came off soon after I used. So in summery, it was cheap, but also cheap product. I don't recommend this product.

I bought two of these. One for my daughter and the other for my son. Unfortunately one of them has only two out of three working lights. But there is no way I am able to get it off my son to return it! Great invention. You don't have to worry about switching off the light to save battery! A couple of pumps to charge lasts all night!

Broken
This was a Christmas present and broke within 2 weeks. Very popular with the 4 yr old recipient, but disappointing that it stopped working so quickly.

Great little torch

Good fun and useful
Lovely, fun product which is also a good little torch. Doesn't need much cranking and beam is quite bright. No home should be without one!
