I purchased this chip pan as I had just purchased a nice new spandangley oven, and I didn't wish to put my well used, a little bit abused, old chip pan on the shiny new hobs.
So I decided to purchase this. It is terrific, a brilliant size (it's large, ideal for a big family), easy to move around; what with the grab handle. It's lid has a grove cut out so it fits the pan beautifully when the basket is submerged.
It is big, has a fair sized basket although the bottom of the basket is curved convexly so it a little tricky to place on a surface to load the basket. Other than that, it is fantastic. It's a good price, delivery was swift and it was well packaged. Would have given it the full star rating, but alas the basket lets it down a little.
