These are brilliant and have transformed my life. I have Asperger's Syndrome and am very sensitive to loud noises, particularly engine noises and anything high pitched. I can put these on and they make it possible to get through all sorts of environments without having a panic attack. Highly recommended for anyone on the spectrum who has problems with loud noises.

I have to wear ear defenders for my work - wood machinist. I also play in a band and I am concerned to keep my hearing in good order.
I have also got a pair of Peltor Optime 2's which are very good. You can, however notice an immediate difference with the 3's. These are not only more comfortable, but they are noticably better at attenuating noise. I'd reccomend these wholeheartedly.
