2.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy if you have a metal bath! 10 Jan 2011
By Stuart
I got this for my wife for Christmas but it's a real let-down. It works fine when you're holding it (although the range is nowehere near the 10 metres it claims - I would say more like 4 metres) BUT as soon as we put it in the bath the music immediately cuts out. As far as I can tell this is because my metal bathtub is blocking the signal - a major design flaw from my perspective as that's the whole point of a floating speaker. They really should warn about this on the packaging because I can't possibly be the first person to have had this problem. There's also an FM radio on there in theory but that's rubbish - terrible reception even though we live in an area with a really strong signal on any other FM radio. Overall - not impressed!

5.0 out of 5 stars iduck 31 Aug 2010
By michael
This is a fun item that is cleverly designed. The egg transmitter and duck work very well in combination.
Downsides probably material the duck is made in hard plastic. Pity the iduck couldn't have a temperature sensitive colour/ glow. This would make it excellent for children and a useful temp guage for adults.

1.0 out of 5 stars Rubbish
Really disappointed with this product. Struggled to get it to work and even then it kept loosing the signal. Even with the duck and egg side by side we couldn't get it to work.

2.0 out of 5 stars water in the duck
The water gets in to the duck and then disrupts the sound, so i not have to pull the duck apart to get the water out. It could be louder too.
