cute, but flawed

I have another one of these albums in a different cover design and I love it (except one thing that I will note below). I like this one a lot, however, it arrived with this yellow glue gunk on the front of the cover! If I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, I would have. Instead I was able to use some goo gone and it with plenty of scrubbing I got it off. It looks nice now, but I don't feel that I should have had to do that on a brand new product that I paid 25 dollars for. That's the way a discount item should arrive. I am also not happy with the binding. I just noticed the other day that when it is opened, the paper covering the binding on the inside is cracking. Again, not awesome considering it's brand new. Very cute design, but probably wouldn't order again. Also, in my other album (same brand) the ink from the footprints never really dries. If you drag your finger across them you will have ink on your hands. For that reason I am worried about removing a piece of tissue paper I placed inbetween them and some photos I placed on the opposite page. Not a dealbreaker, which is why I ordered again, but not ideal considering that was a major reason I bought the album.

Very nice babybook. I used different products to make footprints and they were terrible--this one was easy to use and clean. The book is also easy to fill out and it captures the key moments that you'd like to record for your baby.

The only thing is that I didn't like was the page about current events. It should include more things to write about. Other than that its very nice and I look forward to putting all of my memories in this book!
