I like the fact that somebody has taken the time to look into "erectile nutrition", and a few suggestions seem quite worthwhile. Some however are downright counter-productive and bad advice. The main one is when the author lists soy as a "must-have" food for erectile problems. Anybody who hasn't been living under a rock should surely know all about the estrogen-laden destroyer of manliness that is soy. Take the advice in this book with a few grains of salt, and don't just assume it's right.
