I received an email on the day I ordered the sim card to say it had been despatched. This was almost certainly untrue as it took TWO WEEKS to arrive. By this time I had bought another card. When the card arrived it had presumably been taken out of a phone as it had no surrounding card or info and didn't even say what the number was. I took it into an O2 shop and was told that I could not transfer the money on to another card as there was no registration history or record of usage. A WASTE OF MONEY!
After negative opinion on delivery of the ordered items, the company did everything in their power to rectify the problem and was extensively in contuct with me as their client. The problem is totally resolved.
