I have several Romans commentaries and find this one the one that I turn to for sermon preparation. It's both scholarly and readable, very useful for someone wanting to understand Romans better who doesn't want a very dense book. It manages to be scholarly and readable at the same time and is well organized and thorough in covering each verse.
