I was deeply sceptical about this having tried hypnotism before to lose weight. What you have to focus on is the 'rules' behind the actual hypnotism (or relaxing mind programming). These rules are not painful by any means and don't involve what you can eat or not or when (I ignore the sugar one and it's done me no harm so far!). Just how.
I've gone from being an extreme diet obessed lunatic (either 'I'm going to live on nothing but fruit and 3 ryvita and run for an hour' or 'I mucked that up I'll have a pizza, a bottle of wine and a donut and a slab of dairy milk whilst watching telly") to a healthy happy person with a balanced view on food, exercise and life in general.
You do have to watch the DVD (INCLUDING the introduction not just the hyno bit) every day at first and then top up once in a while. It is all about practice - for your brain and your body. Doing it once isn't going to do much more than inspire you.
So far, I've lost 9lbs and about 10 inches (in 7 weeks). I'm loving exercise, loving the fact I can eat whatever I want and totally loving the freedom this gives me. I can for the first time ever go out for dinner without either pigging out or eating a salad I don't really fancy. AND not feel guilty, crap or put on any weight.
