This was my first taste of his hypnotherapy tape. His voice is too slick and irritating! The first side is just full of the usual healthy eating and exercise advice, followed by the second side of hypnotherapy. Side one was so boring I did not bother to listen to all of it.

However, I think Hypnotherapy works well if you want to change.
