For fans of Paul McKenna's old TV shows about hypnosis, the first part of the book is the
most interesting - he tells about his early life and career, and how, with definite goals and determination,
he succeeded as a performing hypnotist. The last part of the book, about hypnosis, is pretty superficial.
An interesting book for fans, it also mentions some of the highlights of the TV shows he did.
