this video will help people so much! My sis brought the tape home and i was scepitcal but gave it a try cause i was getting to do a program for free and once i got into it it Transformed the way i think and eat food. Paul's program also allows you to eat anything you want! BUY BUY BUY

I ordered the video a sceptic read the other reviews and decided to give it a go I have never bothered to write a review before but I found this video so helpful I felt I must it wont help everyone but if you have tried all the diet clubs and failed and dont have a very heathly attitude to food or your weight this is the answer I lost 6lbs in 10 days and even if I hadnt lost the weight my own body image and general stress levels were very much decreased by the realaxation side of the hypnosis. Lets hope it carries on and I will be a very happy lady.
