quite fun 2 July 2010

Funny concept, quite well done. Needs the right people to play with. Can feels somewhat artificial and "staged" at times (the film / audio elements as well), but that is not unique to this particular product but the whole series. Also, you can only really use it once for yourself, which is a sort of disadvantage. Worth a go, and well priced on Amazon though.

This game is quite difficult to follow compared to other murder mystery games i have used. Part of the script for one of the characters was missing which made it even more confusing. Have played better murder mystery games.

A Vintage Murder 3 Jan 2012
Fun:
We had a great New Year's Eve with this game. Unfortunately, the murderer revealed themselves before the end of the game due to intense questioning and the fact that the instruction forbidding them to do so was not on the last page! This was only the third time we had played one of these games, so we are still novices. I think it helps to know more or less what you need to do beforehand. All guests felt that a little more knowledge about their character before the start of the evening would have been helpful in their role-play. It's great fun if everyone improvises and builds their character.
