About the author:
Paul was born in England and has spent a large part of his life in the USA. Now he treads the thin line between the two cultures, insulting them both to make us laugh.
As president of Multimedia International, a company making training and marketing programs, Paul produced 'What is Multimedia', one of the very first such programs on a CD.
In 1990, Paul's company, supported by Philips Electronics and others started the International CD-Interactive Association. Paul became the ICDIA's Chief Executive Officer.
In the mid 90s with the introduction of DVD, ICDIA became the Digital Video Disc Association (DVDA) and focused entirely on supporting the introduction of DVD.
During his time as DVDA's first chairman and CEO, Paul served as an international judge in multimedia competitions, organized many conferences, workshops and awards ceremonies in both Europe and the US, including the first ever International DVD awards. In 2007 Paul was inducted into the DVDA Hall of Fame in Hollywood.
Following his retirement Paul now lives in Florida and as a hobby he presents workshops on how to create and illustrate your very own books, then how to turn them into talking books on DVD.
Paul has written three books for his grandson.

In a case of mistaken identity Paul Holmes, finds he has inherited the fortune of his fictitious ancestor. After many adventures use of the money to create the Sherlock Foundation, and now as he says, "I don't have any money, but I have a hell of an expense sheet.
