Born in Lincoln, England in 1955, Paul Green emigrated to the USA in 2002. His books,"A History of Television's The Virginian 1962-1971" (2006/09), "Pete Duel : A Biography" (2007) and "Encyclopedia of Weird Westerns"(2009) are all published by McFarland & Co. USA. McFarland & Co. recently expanded their publishing arm to include Kindle ebooks and published "Pete Duel: A Biography" and "A History of Television's The Virginian 1962-1971" as Kindle ebooks.
