Travelling has always been a habit of Pauls, ever since being in the army years ago and after when he was a truck driver getting paid to travel. A few years ago after moving to Scotland he learnt to use his hands to make a variety of items from saddles, whips, leather carving and bows. The manual developed from various tutorials he wrote while running a small business. The mountain hiking book comes from memories of some great times spent in the solitute and peace of some fine mountain ranges. Where he does not just write about his experiances but also about the environments he was within, its sometimes hard human history and the occasional tall tale.
