Judging by the cover, this book was promising. A collection of patterns, by a myriad of designers, is always nice to have for any designer. However, the collection is horribly curated. Very few patterns have any kind of quality, or originality. Most of the samples are amateurish, brash, and tasteless, shakily dwelling between the bad and the awful.

This is a good little pattern resource book - contains lots of colourful and varying images of modern print for textiles and the greetings market.

Very nice inspiration for designers, but alas, I found this publication on a search for "Books With CD". I was hoping that there would be a accompanying cd. Since there is not, this book looses allot of it's value for me as there are inspiring textures and patterns everywhere I look in life.

Still, a nice collection, just know that there is no CD with this before you purchase.
