This publication is crammed full of patterns collected by the author at the start of this century. I brought this book on a recommendation from another artist, but then lent it to my grandson, who is studying art at college. I will be lucky if he returns this book.

A usefully proportioned book. I have slipped it in my bag for a compact reference and stimulus for my own work. The reproduction is good and a wide range of patterns are featured. It would be useful for users up to first degree level in many design areas.

OMG this book is so tiny the print is miniscule and I can't even read half of it. The bits I could make out were so pretentious I wondered if the author was taking the mickey and making it all up. The book format itself had a chaotic layout, and opening the book fully was hard due to its small size, so only half the picture could be seen at a time.
