4.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful, varied and accessible 18 Feb 2012
Format:Paperback
A very nicely laid out book with a full page photo on the right, and three smaller, related designs on the left. Text is kept to a minimum allowing the visuals to take centre stage, and the book is divided up by types of design, making it easy to dip in and out. If there is any small complaint to be made it could be that animals are not very well represented at only one chapter with three subheadings, where plants get four chapters with at least eight subheadings each. However, I find much to inspire me and will probably buy other books in the series.

5.0 out of 5 stars Pattern Sourcebook- Japanese 3 Sep 2010
Format:Paperback
Delightful. Inspiring. The patterns and designs contained in this book are really inspirational and I can see I will be dipping into it many times. Although none of the designs are specifically related to the Quilling pictures I make, many if not practically all of them are very easily adaptable to the paper quilling (paper filigree) craft.
