this book offers situations where,in a perfect world, parents would sit down with their children and face-to-face,own up to and take responsibilty for the damage inflicted onto their children whilst trying to raise them, allowing understanding and healing to take place, freeing up all involved to grow together as people who care.I,personally have tried this with my own family and can assure you we do NOT live in a perfect world.that,in itself is saddening, but the book gives hope where perhaps there was none before.if only for that reason it's a worthwhile read.God bless you all who feel the need to buy it.For you are on the positive road..
