This was my first Barbara Delinsky book and what a find! As a devourer of paperbacks I am always happy to find a new author who fulfils my demanding criteria. 'Chelsea Kane' was a truly exciting heroine. Her quest to find out the truth about her life took me on a journey full of interesting characters and took me right into the middle of small town life. The love story was addictive and I demanded to know that the participants would come to their senses. The thrilling main story kept me on the edge of my seat as I never quite knew whether I had worked out who the 'bad guy' was or not! A highly enjoyable page turner that will lead every reader to more of Barbara Delinsky's novels, immediately!

Chelsea becomes embroiled in a search to find her real parents after her adopted mother dies. Her search takes her to the small town of her birth where she secretly tries to uncover the circumstances of her birth. Along the way she gets ionvolved in a hot sexual relationship and discovers the truth behind her birth. Very hot love scenes!

Another great story by Barbara Delinsky - she never fails to deliver - I have read her books for many years now and never found one I did not like. This was among the greats though!
