From the Author
I wrote Psychometric Tests for Graduate because I wanted to help graduates pass the psychometric tests all the big companies use these days to recruit staff. Its not enough to have a good CV or even a stunning interview technique you have to pass the tests if you want to get a great job.
There are loads of psychometric test books around, but I really wanted to provide a book full of GENUINE tests. Not what I call the magazine variety but the real thing. In other words, graduate-level tests from SHL Group, the test publisher used by all the big companies.
I also wanted to help people once theyd got throught the initial screening tests and were faced with an assessment centre visit by giving them information, advice and practice with personality questionnaires, management tests and exercises.
This book is a follow up to my first (and very successful) psychometric test book, Passing Psychometric Tests. See my web site for more information, book reviews and reader comments.
