This book was excellent and helped me prep for training towards the BBC's SAS - are you tough enough? a few years back!

Andy McNab is one of the few people who know's exactly what he's on about after being in the Regiment for over 10 years.

Buy this book if you want to better your personal training.

Good read, bad advice 13 Nov. 2003
By Independent - Published on Amazon.com
I loved this book! I couldn't even put it down. Read it in one day. Anywho, I finished the book and followed its advice. I felt like I could take anything the SAS wanted to throw at me! I WAS PUMPED UP!!! Then I got to selection, failed and quit selection the 1st day. Good book though! -matt
