I acquired a series of psychometric tests books by various authors, but this one is the best. The rest I feel are introductory and don't meet the really challenging questions presented by most organisations in their graduate recruitment schemes and so are not fit for purpose. I have 2.1 degree in business management and failed six graduate schemes from different employers; the HR feedback said it was due to my bad results in psychometric tests, which are mainly in numeracy, English and diagrammatic, during these assessment days. I bought this book and studied its content very diligently. I admit the questions in the book are very challenging; the skills it provides are very suitable for graduate assessment days. I am happy to say that I attended the BT graduate scheme recently and passed their assessment tests, which are very similar to the one in this book, and secured myself a job in BT. Thumbs up for the book.
