Synopsis
Documentary that looks at the art of Parkour, in which participants make a series of breathtaking leaps over rooftops and various obstacles. Though aesthetically similar, this practice differs from Free Running in that it doesn't allow for showy acrobatic manoeuvres; it's more about economy of movement than creative expression.
