Used with the PCS-9 stand to fit the 106 work tray, makes life easier having all of your tools close to hand.

Does what it says on the packet. Pcs-9 or older, you'll need this to mount tool tray. Easy to adjust and move about.

Incomplete information 29 Nov 2010

This clamp did not fit my Park PCS-1 stand without significant modification. The diameter was way too small to fit over the tube. When I contacted Park tools, they informed me that they changed the design of the PCS-1 stand and the clamp wasn't designed to fit the older stands. The Amazon add fails to mention this minor detail. I did get it to work, but I had to mill out about 1/8" of material first. Luckily, it started out pretty beefy so it still holds. The Park website does tell you that it will only fit the PCS 1 stand built from a certain date.

work tray collar issues 29 May 2010

I got this collar for a PCS-4. It doesn't fit (even though the description said it would) and the tray is useless without it.

A necessary accessory for bike techs 12 Dec 2012

I bought this to go with the Park Tools bike stand, and Tool Tray I got for my son. It was a suggested item and after we got everything delivered it became obvious as to why it was needed. Glad I ordered it.
Not for a PCS-1 or a PRS-5 25 Nov 2014

I have to rate this collar very poorly I have a PCS-1 I call it my sacrifice stand because it is my least expensive stand I use it for all my outdoor equipment repairs. It is also my oldest stand and I just don't have the heart to sell it or scrap it. I have modified it over the years and have replace the clamp with the newer version found on the PCS-4.

Now this is not a seller review it a product review. The seller did a great job and he just copied and pasted the company's description. This does not fit any of my stands and is a total waste of my money.

I have been through the amazon return game before and even though it could be the sellers fault the buyer still has to pay to return it. Now I have been telling people for years about how much better the older stands are than the newer stand and this item proves it. The diameter of both my portable stands PCS1 and PRS-5 are much larger and my PRS15 is a different animal. So either the PCS-4 PCS-9 and PCS-10 are cheesy little stands or this collar has some serious manufacture quality assurance issues.

This collar says PCS-1 but it doesn't fit a PCS-1 unless something gets modified. I'm very disappointed unless somebody can change my mind I rate this item 1 star. The company if you email them say's it's for the newer PCS-1 post 1996 with the extension.

Summary if you own any of the stand listed you better email the company and make sure it fits. the ID of the collar is way too small for the PCS-1 PRS-5 and not even close to a PRS-2 PRS-3 PRS-13 the other stands I own.

I also agree with most reviews why doesn't the 106 come with this collar oh wait some of the other stands already have one built in.

Now since I reviewed this item I did make it work on my PRS-3 pre 1996 stand that uses a single tube. The single tube has a 1.51" diameter and I was able to mill it down to work. this was a long and painful process and not what I intended it for which was my PCS-1 pre. It actually works on the pcs-1 post 1996 a later version with extension but not without some encouragement.

This is not on Amazon or the seller but the manufacture Park Tools.

Not Easy to Reposition 26 May 2014
By Isaac - Published on Amazon.com

1. Why isn't this cheap little piece of plastic included with the original purchase of the 106?
2. Why is it so hard to loosen/tighten and rotate so I can reposition the tray to how I'm working at the moment?
