Book Description

Paris-London Connection is the most shocking yet factual book written on the 1997 Paris crash that took the lives of Princess Diana and her lover, Dodi Fayed. This fast-moving but authoritative narrative covers the events leading up to and following the tragedy. The book is a short, quick read, under 200 pages, but is a bombshell because it closely follows the evidence and forensic analysis included in the 5,000 pages of the Diana Inquest book series. That series draws together the evidence from the French investigation, the British Operation Paget investigation, the 2007-8 London inquest and hundreds of British police documents not shown to the inquest jury. Members of Britain?s royal family, MI6 officers and agents, senior French police personnel and Western intelligence agencies all played a role in the events in Paris. Exposed for the first time is the specific role of the key senior MI6 officer, Sherard Cowper-Coles. The book reveals the people who ordered the assassination of Diana and Dodi and those who carried out the operation and how they did it. It also shows how the authorities covered up what occurred and the significant connection between events in France and the UK, both before and after the crash. 27 inquest witnesses, both French and British, who committed perjury at the London inquest are named for the first time. Paris-London Connection reveals the level of coordinated state-authorised corruption in the conduct of the French and British police investigations and the inquest headed by Lord Justice Scott Baker. This is the long awaited book that uses the actual witness and documentary evidence to reveal the who, how and why of the assassination of Britains much-loved Princess Diana. John Morgan is author of the Diana Inquest book series. Prominent British QC, Michael Mansfield, who served at the London inquest, has said: I have no doubt that the volumes written by John Morgan will come to be regarded as the Magnum Opus on the crash ... and the cover-up that followed. Mohamed Al Fayed, who lost his son Dodi in the crash, has stated: I believe that John Morgan has done more to expose the facts of this case than the police in France and Britain

About the Author

John Morgan, who is based in Brisbane, Australia, is an investigative writer with a diploma in journalism. Since 2005 he has carried out extensive full-time research into the events surrounding the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Fayed. After studying the Paget report when it was published in December 2006, he was shocked by the content of it. He realised that the £4 million report which took three years to produce was littered with inaccuracies and poorly drawn conclusions -- John viewed it as a huge injustice to the memory of Princess Diana. The 2007 book, Cover-up of a Royal Murder, was the result of his subsequent investigation into the Paget report. John went on to closely follow and analyse the proceedings and transcripts of the London inquest into the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed. The Diana Inquest series of books was the result of his thorough research and investigation into that process. This current book, Paris-London Connection, is based on the evidence and forensic analysis in the highly acclaimed Diana Inquest book series. John Morgan can be contacted at

4.0 out of 5 stars Compelling 22 Feb. 2013
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
This book basically summarises the main findings from John Morgan's series "Diana Inquest" in which he examines in detail the death of Diana, how she was killed, the cover-up, the so-called inquest into her death and the documents the jury never saw. I have not read any of his other books but this book makes fascinating reading. Morgan names names of numerous participants in Diana's death and the subsequent cover-up (including, among others, the Royal Coroner and the Judge who presided over the inquest) and lays out the methods by which the intelligence services of the UK and France assassinated her; how all the people in key positions (doctors, ambulance crew, pathologists, toxicologists) were working for the intelligence services. There is little in the way of speculation but plenty of factual information. Morgan exposes the countless holes in the official version of events and it is surprising just how little real information ever got into the public domain; the media helped enormously in that regard. I should say that I was one of those people who tended to accept that Diana's death was an accident. After reading this book, it is impossible to conclude that it was anything other than murder.

5.0 out of 5 stars Definitive 7 Mar. 2013
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Overview of intensive, thorough, detailed research done previously. So much material uncovered that was hidden before, to make a very convincing presentation of an extremely dirty act, in many ways reflecting the machinations of CIA, FBI and Lydon Johnson in the political assassination of Jack Kennedy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic book 3 Nov. 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Unbelievable that after the years of anguish and hurt caused by Charles and his defunct family that our beautiful and much loved princess could have such a cruel death. I was so distressed after reading about Diana's two autopsies and two embalmings that I could not read any more for 2 days. Many thanks to the author.

5.0 out of 5 stars John Morgan Triumphs Again 13 Feb. 2014
By Hiram
John Morgan gives a fantastic, concise summary of all of his years of research with this book. I gave a copy to Frenchman who wanted to know what happened to Diana and who can't get anything in French with a similar level of detail, precision and truth. I saw an ad hominem attack on John here in the reviews, called Justice, written by faux author Alan Power, who as a first time author released a book on Diana with over 600 errors and who made the Giraldo and other TV shows with his total lack of mastery of the subject - that is impossible to do without a PR firm. I bought Power's book and would like amazon to give me a refund for his poorly written diatribe. Power actually admits he wrote "a novel" so why doesn't his book say fiction on the cover?
Anyone who wants to honor the memory of Diana and find out what happened on that fateful day should start with John's book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Is this what happened? 15 Aug. 2013
By Janie S
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
If this is what happened to our lovely princess, those who collaborated should be taken out and shot. I am a monarchist through and through, but I believe that there was a plot to discredit or remove the princess - if the Queen was involved then she should hang her head in shame at what she did to her grandsons and her subjects. I am a thinking sort of person, not given to hysterics, but Diana was one of us, we miss her and treasure her memory. Rest in peace, Princess Di, you deserve it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Truth will out! 12 Oct. 2013
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Difficult to read because of its upsetting content. But 8 years of research was not for nothing. Good work John Morgan, the latest revelations in London only supports this tragic theory.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent summary 14 Feb. 2014
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
John Morgan has a thoroughly deserved worldwide reputation for his painstaking research into events surrounding the unlawful killing of Princess Diana. Over the past seven years, he has produced a series of books that meticulously detail the evidence around every aspect of the killing, and the subsequent cover-up by the British Establishment, and has even produced a volume containing hundreds of official documents that were withheld (by the coroner!) from the jury during the 2007-08 inquest. Anyone who has read every word of those books (as I have) can be left in little doubt that Diana's death was a state-sponsored killing.

However, it must be admitted that those books are not an easy read. Indeed, each volume is as dense and as detailed as a PhD thesis, and what has been needed was a single short volume that non-specialist readers could turn to. This is that book. In fewer than 200 pages, it gives a compelling account of what occurred, from the time of Diana's separation from Charles in the early 1990s, through to her killing in the Alma tunnel in 1997, to the farcical cover-up of an inquest that was held in London in 2007-08. Anyone who reads it and remains sceptical of Morgan's account can turn to the full series of his books, where they will find the detailed information to back up his every claim.

That Princess Diana's assassination is still referred to as an "accident" by the mainstream media (even though the British jury declared her death to be an "unlawful killing", a verdict which means either homicide or manslaughter) simply demonstrates the power that the British Establishment and the royal family hold over newspapers and the BBC. I would happily recommend this book to any reader who wants to cut through the lies and the misreporting that have surrounded this case.
