Paramol tablets are used for the treatment of headache, migraine, feverish conditions, period pains, toothache and other dental pain, backache and other muscular aches and pains. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic (painkiller) and antipyretic (lowers body temperature); dihydrocodeine tartrate is also a powerful analgesic.

Great for toothaches. 13 Nov 2010
Paramol is one of the most effective pain relievers you can buy. It relieves my pain without impairing my ability to drive. I love it.

Very happy with product and will purchase again. I would encourage other to purchase paramol tablets as well as they help control pain.

I would reccommend this product to anyone suffering with Migraines. They are an absolute must, I was put onto them by a friend. And they are a true godsend. You can also buy them in Soluble. But not reccommended to take on a long term basis as they have Codeine in them. But good value for money and most importantly they work.
