This toy is rubbish. The balloons provided burst and I had to replace them. The double sided sticky tape is a complete pain to peel so I used my own. Once the papier mache's on and its damp, the sticky tape stops sticking. This tries the patience and skill of an adult, let alone a child. Low quality materials and too difficult for a child to enjoy.

...I think the earlier review is a bit harsh. I made the dinosaur with two five year olds and we all had a great time. The balloons were fine, the instructions were clear and the end product looked very much like the one on the front of the box which makes a change in my experience. For the price, I would have said this is a good value product which will pass on an hour or so on a rainy afternoon.

My 8 year old daughter and I made this together over a number of days and she absolutely loved it. We've ended up with a really nice looking dinosaur model which she's very proud of. Sticking the papier mache pieces on took a long time and was quite fiddly - if I hadn't added a whole load more at night when she wasn't looking, it might have been a bit of a disaster. It's hanging from the ceiling as it's quite delicate but it's a good kit and pretty easy to make one which looks like the picture on the front of the box.
