Seller was good, product well packaged and arrived promptly
unfortunately the strap is not very good. It wont stay at the length you adjust it to and the buckle slips, making it far too long for anyone other than an adult. I had to shorten it then add a couple of stitches through the strap to keep it at the correct length.

Arrived in good time. Really you need the strap for the Paper Jamz guitar so I am surprised that it was not part of the guitar package rather than a separate item.
