I'm very disappointed with the quality of the Kindle version. Many of the images are too small for me to see the details clearly, even on a 21.5 inch Mac screen. The Kindle version seems to lack the quality of the stylistic features you'd get in print, too (fonts and typefaces are ugly; layout is rubbish). I'd love to see the print version now and know if it's the same.
I'm rather disappointed with the book as a whole, too. It's just a series of reviews of other artists' work, and none of them are particularly in depth.

I was inspired to buy a book on paper cutting by a National Trust exhibition of paper cutting art and installations that was amazing. This book reflects that exhibition for me' and I can't wait to get paper cutting again. Something I realise only now' that has been an activity enjoyed all my life and not realised it as ART!

lovely book showing the work of several different artists using paper. amazingly creative and quite varied. as well as highly detailed, single sheet, paper cutting, there are also examples of impressive coloured and/ or 3 dimensional creations. the book is basically entirely full of good quality photos of the art apart from a short introduction. it's a book you can flick through again and again to really look at the detail in the pictures. The only criticism is that some of the pictures cannot do justice to the large scale creations - i think you would have to see them for real to get the full impression however it is still amazing and inspirational to see what can be achieved just with paper!
