Booth's Music On The Bamboo Radio was an excellent adventure thriller for older readers. Here he has written a shorter book for a younger readership in the consistently good SURFERS series from Puffin. This is a story based on the belief in a West Country panther. According to the author bio in the front of the book, Booth is "experienced in tracking big game."
