PanOxyl Aquagel 5 * Benzoyl Peroxide 5% w/w in an aqueous gel * For the treatment of acne PanOxyl Aquagel is used to treat acne. Benzoyl Peroxide has an antibacterial and a peeling effect and makes your skin less greasy. Warning: PanOxyl Aquagel may not be right for some people. If you are, or think you might be, allergic to any of the ingredients in PanOxyl Aquagel, you should check with your doctor or pharmacist before you use PanOxyl Aquagel. Keep PanOxyl Aquagel away from your eyes and lips. Be careful not to use too much PanOxyl Aquagel on your neck or sensitive areas of skin. PanOxyl Aquagel can bleach coloured fabrics, including clothing, towels and bed linen. Be careful to avoid contact of PanOxyl Aquagel out of the reach of children. PanOxyl Aquagel may cause slight stinging and make your skin feel warm, especially when it is first applied. You may also notice flaking and redness of your skin during the first few weeks of use. These effects are normal; if they bother you try using the product less often for a while, or stop for a few days then start again. If you suffer severe burning, peeling or itching, or other unwanted side effects not mentioned in this leaflet, you should stop using PanOxyl Aquagel and contact your doctor or pharmacist.

I've had spots since I was 16, I'm now 41. I used this cream for just over a week before I saw results. I'm now pretty much blemish free after 2 weeks. I just wish I had discovered this years ago.

This product is the one that I've been searching high and low for. When I first bought the 5% version, I was sceptical. I have been an ardent user of skin products, due to the onset of mild acne, though most products failed to deliver. Panoxyl, however, doesn't thanks to Benzoyl Peroxide. If you have a spot and put this product on, it will reduce the size of the spot drastically in just one night. The amount required for each spot is minuscule, meaning that the product will last quite a while, making this extremely cost-effective.
Follow the instructions provided and you will not encounter problems.

This product has cleared up my skin no end! The first few days my skin went really dry but a good moisturiser fixed this straight away. After these first few days my skin really started clearing and I went from having a face you could probably play 'dot to dot' on, to the occasion blemish. I've had this product a good fews weeks and the results have really sustained, something I think is hard to find in a skincare product. (Any one else buy something, think its clearing up your skin then a few weeks later the spots start to creep back in? I havent had that problem thus far with this product - and have yet to see a review where this has been mentioned!) Great value for money, I will definatley be repurchasing this product when I run out!

Awful
This product should be applied using a cotton bud as burns extensively. I came out in a chemical burn that covered one side of my face. The pain was awful. Read more
