Howard Romst has been a successful entrepreneur for over 30 years. Along the way he has achieved numerous sales awards at various tech companies, has traded securities professionally and has been an avid student of life. He is the author of several self help books, including "Stop Smoking Naturally - How to Quit Smoking Without Side Effects or Weight Gain" and "Panic Attacks - How to Overcome Panic and Anxiety Attacks for a Stress Free Life". Howard prefers to write self help books on issues he himself has had to overcome.

Howard is married and has two children. He lives with his wife, Annette, two dogs and their cat in sunny Arizona. When he's not working on one of his projects, you can find Howard fishing or restoring his vintage Triumph motorcycle.

I have been struggling with panic attacks and social anxiety my whole life so much so I have lost jobs and had to leave jobs. I sit at home lonely and had no idea what to do and so I found this book which has really helped me with my panic attacks. The book has so far helped me identify the triggers that set them off and along with my regular visits to a therapist and this book the future is already bright. This is a must read for anyone who is suffering with panic attacks!

I am lucky not to have anxiety or panic attacks.
I bought and have red this book because my close friend is suffering from these maladies
She can go without one for months and then 'boom'- she is practically paralyzed
It could be anything, but most of the time it is being in a public place with lots of people
I red in this book that one's blood sugar can go really low during these attacks- I had no idea!
It means that taking some food during these events can help my friend to regain her balance
Sounds simple doesn't it - but it could really help her. Thank you for making this point so clear in your book!

Its been a while since I bought a book on this topic, but I am always trying to learn more about this situation and be a better person with a better coping system. So I gave this book a read and I can say I like it and its different. It goes through all the basics but it also goes through methods of using herbs that can help with your anxiety and other anxiety techniques to help deal. It shows you how to live your life to the fullest and deal with your panic attacks. Plus the bonus material. This is a very good read, a recommend if you are someone you know is suffering from this.

Remedial reading with no real information. You may as well Google anxiety and panic attacks for the exact same information. Don't waste your time.
