1.0 out of 5 stars What a waste of time 16 Mar. 2014

This book has no substance whatsoever. I'm pretty sure the other reviews must be fake. Do yourself favor and skip it.

2.0 out of 5 stars Google is more useful 13 Mar. 2014

Remedial reading with no real information. You may as well Google anxiety and panic attacks for the exact same information. Don't waste your time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Anxiety Attacks and Building a Stress Free Life 13 Jan. 2014
By Gerald Patterson - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
In this stressful world, anxiety attacks are all too common. A member of my family suffers with these attacks so I bought this book.

The writer starts the book by relating details of his own anxiety disorder. He then emphasizes that with the help of this book and new treatments, there is hope.

The book outlines the major symptoms and types of panic attacks. Avoiding stress is important and what can be done to deal with life's tensions in a more positive way is another part of this book. Setting goals and the positive feeling about oneself when attaining these goals is also emphasized.

Therapies that this book details are natural herbal, healthy supplements and stress beaters such as deep breathing, meditation and getting in touch with nature. Diet, lifestyle changes and anti-anxiety drugs can also be a part of a therapy program.

This is a no fluff guide to dealing with and overcoming anxiety attacks. It is well written and free from typos and other distracting format issues. I recommend this book.
