About a 2 years ago I first got my current computer. This was fine and I installed Norton onto my system to ensure that I never suffered from a virus, imagine my surprise therefore when I lost control of my computer and(if it wasn't for a good friend of mine) nearly lost all of my hard drive data too when I contracted "Nimda". From this day forth I used Panda and have found it a dream. Panda starts protecting your system before you even log into windows and its interface and ease of use ensure you are always protected. It gets updated every day and seems to use no memory at all as there is not a single instance I can recall where I have suffered slow-down and since this time I have not succumed to a single virus which is surely the most important thing about any anti-virus program. My advice....Buy it if you own a computer and use the net.

My Norton AV sub was due for renewal, and I wasn't 100% impressed, so I looked at other offerings on the Amazon website, and read all the reviews. I ordered the Panda Titanium AV 2004 which is now on my computer - painless. It potters away in the background, scans exceedingly quickly, and downloads updates with acceptable speed. I'm a happy bunny. In fact, I'm so impressed I am moved to write my first ever product review!

I purchased this software on the basis of feedback from previous reviewers and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with it. I replaced an aging and tempremental Norton AV2002 with Titanium 2004 with no hitches whatsoever.
Remember to uninstall all the previous AV and off you go. There was no conflict with my firewall.
Simple, effortless and effective. I feel secure again.
