Works OK but is very expensive when you think that the Samsung TV's have them built in and computer web cams are peanuts to buy.
It could do with some means of adjustment other than just up and down, not all of us sit directly in front of the TV, perhaps a little ball pivot between the magnetic attachment and the camera its-self or make the lens a little more wide angled.
Considering the high cost the light sensor could also do with being a bit more up market, when the sun shines in the living room the picture is washed out the opposite happens at night time with only the side lamps on it's a little to dark, you have to switch the main lamps on, kind of takes the spontaneity out of the experience. Again going back to the computer web cams they seem to be much more tolerant of varying light levels or at least mine is.
Conclusion is you have very little choice if you want to use Skype with your Panasonic TV, I think at the time I purchased it there were no others guaranteed to work properly with the new 2012 range though that may have changed now.
By the way the Skype application its self works brilliantly, well worth getting a TV with that on board or as a downloadable option.
