I love this little TV! In fact I also bought the same one in 22 inch for th lounge. The 19inch is for the kitchen. I have connected them both to a Bluray discplayer and a PC via a matrix switch box (wires run through the wall in between). The picture is wonderful and is amazingly clear, even when viewed from very wide angles. Unlike a laptop screen that can only really be viewed from straight on, this works great in small spaces (lke the kitchen) where people may be watching from quite different locations. That's really why I purchased the Panasonic. And it is worth it!
As computer screens they offer incredible real estate. You can really work with multiple screens at the same time. The resolution and performance with the PC are great (better than the standard, square 19 inch monitor that I will now junk). I did have to buy a new graphics card for the old tower PC but it was cheap (£35) and easy to install. Note that I have the entire set-up running on HDMI cables only, even from the PC. Also, I have both monitors hanging very nicely from the wall on Ergotron monitor arms (not cheap but fantastic!). Also, make sure you use a Panasonic bluray discplayer. The remotes work on both (you really only need one then) AND you can hook it up directly to the internet. Finally, the white color works very well in my light-coloured kitchen and also in the lounge against off-white walls.
PS - I don't even have the thing hooked up to watch "television". DVDs, PC, and internet are a treat with it!
