No need to worry!,

This review is from: Panasonic TX-32LZD81F 32 -inch LCD 1080 pixels 50 Hz TV (Electronics)
I did a fair bit of research before deciding to buy this model. I was worried about the huge range of review scores published online, some of which slated this model for its non-HD picture quality, but for me it's as good as any other comparably-priced LCD. Some reviews also didn't like the black performance of this LCD, but again for me no problem. I don't know if this is because I'm not a TV expert, or maybe some sites are exaggerating this TV's short-comings because of commercial considerations.
Set-up is a matter of a single button push and takes less than 5 minutes, and I was able to receive Freesat programming using my Sky dish without making any adjustments. Picture quality on the HD Freesat progamming (which as of Feb 09 is limited to a few hours a night on BBC HD and a few hours a week on ITV HD) is absolutley stunning. The TV seems very well made and the instruction manual is clear and not too long. We have ours linked using Panasonic's own 'Viera' system to a Panasonic HDD/DVD recorder, which allow the two units to be linked together seamlessly. For example, you select a Freesat movie you want to record from the guide on the TV (yes, the TV), switch it off, and let the TV control the HDD recorder. You don't have to touch the recorder at all, or even switch it on.
