I bought this tv after going on Panasonics web site,it stated all PZ81 series has built in freesat,so i seen the model on amazon and pressed and ordered through sister company pix mania.(Panasonic TH46PZ81E)
Tv turned up 4 days later good service,
Then i noticed no freesat and a two pin plug with a adaptor(i was not happy)
i found out if its got an E on the end of the model number its for Europe not UK !
got on the email and arranged for full refund no problem you just pay your P+P

i cant knock the service and the TV it was a great looking set.
i have now bought the 46PZ81 from panasonic shop local, it was �200 more but with FREESAT and the tech guys delivered and set up the tv to talk to all mty add ons not to mention also 5yrs free warrenty

Amazon has changed it to (Panasonic TH46PZ81B)freesat,the tv is a 5 star rated tv,i gave 4 stars for the euro one above,i cant change the stars to 5

please note you can wait upto 3 weeks to get your refund

Also bought panasonic cinama surround from Amazon 10/10
