they are purple, but who cares? They are lovely to listen to, stay in the ears properly and hopefully will last a bit longer than other older pairs. I bought them because someone said they had been through a washing machine and survived- that sounded perfect to me. They have travelled miles with my daughter and not ended in the wash yet, though I am sure she might try in future! Seriously, great sounding little ear phones and that is the important part- beautiful quality sound at an averagely expensive kind of price.

My original apple headphones fell apart and i just wanted something to replace them. Of course when i saw the colour of these i was sorely tempted as they match my ipod perfectly!! Colour however is only a side factor, the headphones fit securely in the ears and they block out all outside noise. I'm very pleased with the headphones and i have to admit i'm no technical genius but they do the job i want them to do!!

These are really good earphones, clear sound, comfortable and match the colour of my ipod! happy, good value for money, and i haven't managed to break them yet! I normally do something to break them within a week, these have lasted quite a while now :)
