After suffering for years with a microwave the size of a house I decided that I would take the plunge and buy a new one. The panasonic NN-E225BBBPQ can only be said to be a cracking little microwave, it does all the basics really well, the only downside being you can now see the dust in my kitchen!!!!

Compact and easy too use - exactly what I wanted (although dimentions given on Amazon were a bit exaggerated). Looks modern and stylish.

My main reason for choosing this particular model was that it matched my kitchen and had good reviews. I am not disappointed although my main use is just as a food warmer. Its quick and heats food evenly and I found it easy to clean. It has a defrost option. Overall it serves the purpose for me, I wouldnt call it very basic but if you are looking for some extra functions or features it may not suit you.

standard size, overpriced, cheap looking with panasonic print microwave.Cheaper not panasonic product, would do the same job.
