Panasonic NNCF771SBPQ - Flatbed Combination Microwave OvenAfter paying nearly £300 for a Panasonic Flatbed Oven I assumed that I had bought into a trouble-free appliance. A few weeks later the controls seized. At this point I should have thrown the lot into the skip because the Panasonic after-care 'service' is only good for raising blood pressure.
After many high cost phone calls and several weeks of delay I now have the machine back. The controls appear to be fine but the chassis is bent, the oven rocks on it's feet and the door does not open properly.
During all this Panasonic refused to give me the repairer's address, told a bare-faced lie, sent me someone else's oven (which had been 'repaired' but was clearly not working), amassed a good profit from my phone calls and then returned the machine 3 days late and broken - lucky I was in otherwise I still wouldn't have anything.
My advice? Don't buy Panasonic.

This is a brilliant product. The amount of combinations that can be used are fantastic and it looks brilliant in a modern kitchen, also the fact it does not have a turntable is a massive advantage as bigger trays can be fit into it.

Compact and efficient it looks good and functions well. The only slight concern is the need to press the button very firmly to open the door. Other than that we are pleased with our purchase.

in past we have had three of this model, but this new flat bed is a poor machine, the fan is very harsh AND TENDS TO BURN FOOD ON ONE SIDE NEAREST THE FAN,ON THE OLD MODEL YOU COULD DESELCT TURBO.
THE LAST STRAW FOR US WAS THAT THE DIFFUSER RING STARTED TO BURN VERY DRAMATICALY ,SO WE Rang Panasonic to be helpful to them. What a waste of time and money that was.the lady on the phone was obviously reading from a script she did not have a clue what I or she was talking about ,all got was I could buy a new ring for £20
so don't ring the help centre for help it is a waste of time

I wouldn't rate the product at all and I was a firm Panasonic fan.

Have had two that didn't work in 13 months, my last one lasted over 20 years

She tells me that she uses it every day and is delighted with it. She has been using it for the last few months.
