A Catalytic self clean lining is included at the back of the oven in addition to the stainless steel lining
This back lining is a self clean coating, cleaning takes place when the convection oven is in use and is performed as a continous process
This means there is never a build up of food of grease on the lining as splashes and spills are burnt off
Included with this oven is a Panacrunch pan, that can be directly placed onto the turntable and will brown and crisp foods such as pizzas, quiches, pies and fish
The tray absorbs the heat and energy, which is then conducted through the pan, thus browning the base of the food, supplied with a detachable handle for convenience and an easy clean non stick lining.

These family size ovens feature our new Panacrunch technology providing brown and crisp food. In additon the oven has a stainless steel interior with a catalytic self clean lining at the back. The unique Inverter technology supplies constant power to ensure that the cooking performance of the microwave is fast and even. A new control interface that cleverly operates all of the menu functions through a convenient dial that pops out when in use, and sits flush when not in use. The grill is perfect for browning and crisping food and the powerful Quartz grill heats up instantly to cook traditionally grilled foods. The new Panacrunch Pan which can be placed directly onto the turntable will brown and crisp foods such as quiches, pies and breaded fish, avoiding the soft and soggy crusts often associated with placing food on solid trays.
