Having read the reviews on downloading Panasonic HD Camcorder to the same make of TV using the Viera link, I took their advice.
I bought the Panasonic Mini HDMI Cable, 1.5 m long. (Item model number: RP-CDHM15E-K, ASIN: B0014IVNL2).
Excellent delivery, well packed, cheaper than High Street stores and does the business just as as predicted. Plug in the Camcorder to the TV and what is on the viewfinder is on the screen. Stunning images every time.

I purchased this via Amazon as it was so much cheaper than anywhere else even Panasonic direct.
I was a bit fed up that I had to buy it all as I believe it should have been supplied with the camera I bought (An HD Panasonic camcorder) my reason being that if it's an HD camera surely it should be sold with the right cables to connect it to your HD TV!!! Not so in Panasonic's opinion.
Anyway, moan over. The cable is very good, gold plated at each end to ensure better connection and excellent transfer of sound and picture to my TV.
Not really much more that can be said afterall it's only a cable.
Worth shopping about for the best price first though for sure, it cost me less than half of what Panasonic charge.

Bought this to hook up new Panasonic HD camcorder with Panasonic HD TV. Simply plug in and play and even works on Panasonic remote via Viera link system so you can operate it from armchair - all with fantastic HD picture! (But that's probably more to do with the hardware) Don't waste your money on an expensive cable - this does the job fine.

HDMI for Panasonic camcorder
If you have both a Panasonic HD cam and TV, you need this. It should be included with the cam. Bit pricey, overpackaged but does the business.
