My Dyson vacuum cleaner, for which I paid a lot, packed up recently (the motor 'went')and I took it to a local shop for repair. There were 5 other Dysons whose motors had packed up in the shop. The old man who does the repairs suggested a Panasonic vacuum cleaner. I got a fantastic deal through Amazon, and it works like a dream. It was delivered quickly. I could buy 3 panasonics for 1 Dyson, and I'll never touch a Dyson again. I think a 'bagless' vacuum cleaner is a bad idea (dust gets into the workings).

Its suction power is great. It's very light, easy to manoeuvre and quiet. Having dusting brush on the wand with the release pedal is very clever too. Nozzels are at hand as well.

This vacuum is the best I have ever had. It was a bit bigger than I thought. However,its suction is 450w which is very powerful. Therefore I do not have any problems with vacuuuming a carpet. Considering the powerful suction,this vacuum is not at all noisy,only 72 decibels. I highly recommend it.

Punches above it's weight
I bought this to replace vax 2400W bagless which always was always clogged up, weighed a ton, noisy as hell and the hose kinked whenever i moved, and had ridiculous small cable. Read more
