These phones just need charging and the directory loading(only needs loading into one hand set - then easy to copy to the others) and are ready to go - easy to use and understand - good volume at ear and hands free - 2 people can listen at the same time - rare on dect phones - very pleased with them

My existing phones had gone on the fritz and these looked good, they were easy to set up, clear to read and programme and are quite intuitive. The quality of build is very good and clarity of sound is excellent. I like the idea of being able to name and display the phones so you know which room they came out of and therefore which preprogrammed numbers are in each one. Very good buy.

Needed a replacement for an awful BT branded DECT that has died on me.
I wanted caller ID,large display and good standby time. Panasonic claim up to 170 hours standby time with the supplied batteries which are 550 MaH Nim-Hi's. I replaced them all with high capacity 1000 MaH batteries. I am expecting the standby time to now be in the 300 hour plus range. Pro's: Sound quality,construction quality,big backlit display,the already good standby times with supplied batteries and the 100 entry phonebook. Con's: If your not used to operating an mobile style keypad to put entries in the phone your probably going to struggle. From a personal point of view the selection of ringtones (15) is awful and I don't like any of them much. Other things you can do include copying the phonebook to the other handsets and viewing the name of the caller if you have caller ID and the name is in the phonebook. There are other things you can personalise and if you want to know more you can view the instructions on Panasonic UK's web site befor you buy (I did). Five stars all the way from me. Lastly I ordered it online from DST 11 AM Thursday and it arrived before 12 AM Friday - SUPER Service.
