We bought these phones as replacements after our old BT cordless phones finally died.
I wanted something with an answerphone for a reasonable price, and these fit the bill perfectly.
When the phones arrived, my first impression of them was how sleek and modern they are. They fit perfectly in our flat (however the shiny black plastic may look a bit tacky in an older house). The buttons glow blue when in use and a red light shows when you have messages. The second handset is also in a smaller base making it unobtrusive. One downside is that the phones have very short power leads (I would say less than 2m), which isn't ideal if you want to place them away from a power source. Overall though I'm very pleased with the appearance and build quality of the phones.
The phones and answer machine are very easy to use, with a good range of ringtones. The phones are also easy to customise- letting you do things like change the number of rings before the answer machine picks up. The one bad point I have found with the phones is the sound quality. The sound quality on the handsets is not as good as my previous BT handsets, and the sound quality on the answer machine is even worse (and very quiet).
Bottom Line: Good looking and easy to use phones but sound quality could be better.

I got these phones to replace our idect phones which have been useless since we bought them. Ive had Panasonic before and new they were good phones and these seem to be ok. My only problem with them is the volume they just aren't load enough and when talking to someone on them they said they could hardly hear me. I will check that with other people but the volume on our end really doesn't go loud enough.

Good phone, although there is a slight echo when speaking with it, not a very clear line, I'm afraid, but I can live with it. buttons are nice and big, which helps,as I'm not as young as I used to be, and the phone is easy to use. We had to switch off the answer phone as it came on as soon as the phone rang 4 times, which was a bit silly, as it always takes us a bit longer than that to get to the phone, unless we're sitting right next to it.

So far still no problem..
Fast delivery...it's great...didn't have any problem so far..easy installation as well..i got 3 story house, but haven't try reception level between two phone..

Scored on looks more than anything.
The phone has a terrible amount of interference and it's really not possible to avoid this inside the house. It seems the best place to talk is out in the garden. Read more
