Very pleased with this machine. Easy to set up and operate with clear instruction book, and performs well too. Not too expensive either.

I needed a new fax, but didn't want to pay a fortune for it and luckily didn't have to. It works very well. The only reason I've given it a 4 is because the ink roll that you have to put in if you want to receive them as well as send is rather fiddly to install, but once you get it right it's fine. It's also a nice extra phone. It has a lot of other functions as well, many of which I don't use so can't really comment on with any authority, but it will suit anyone who doesn't need it as a main office fax, but needs something to send and receive faxes occasionally.
Oh and it also looks fine and doesn't take up a lot of space! I work from home with limited space for machinery, so this fits the bill nicely. And it's a copier too!

Bought this Phone/fax/Copier/answering machine as a replacement for a Samsung model (never ever again will I buy a Samsung machine it was absolutely rubbish).
The setup and operation instructions are very easy to follow, a brilliant bit of kit.
There again what do you expect from Panasonic.
