The vibrating head serves absolutely no function - it is a gimmick and even the instructions allude to this fact when they state that you still need to manoeuvre the head like a manual brush. The bristles are also far too soft. I use my brush approximately once per day and each head lasts about 2 weeks. For the record, I am an orthodontist and do not recommend this brush. As far as looks go, however, its pretty cool.

This toothbrush may look small, but it cleans your teeth beautifully, quietly and efficiently. I prefer a smaller head to a toothbrush, which this has. I use this toothbrush all the time, though it is brilliant for holidays as it is battery operated (AAA battery) and it has its own cover so it travels well. Well worth the money and like all Panasonic products, it is well made, functional and stylish.
