What I find stunning is that Panasonic don't make a compact case for the medium size G series cameras, so this one from last decade will have to do.
Originally designed for superzoom models like the FZ25 and the like, I made an educated guess that I would get away with this, and although it's a snug fit, there's no problem at all getting the velcro flap closed. It's got a litle velcro flap inside for spare SD cards under the flap and a spare battery pouch inside. It seems very well made and real leather as well as staying on brand (if you value that kind of thing) is nice too.
I wanted the smallest case possible for my micro four thirds, as it's size was justification for not just sticking with DSLR, so I didn't want to render the camera pointless by getting a huge utility bag for it.
Just a shame that they are hard come by nowadays, if you have a compact system camera with a big lens and find one for around £20, just go for it.
